Scope and Purpose of Processing

We process personal data of natural persons who are:

  • our Contractors (sole proprietors),
  • employees, representatives, or attorneys of our Contractors.

We process data exclusively for the purpose of:

  • Concluding and performing sales contracts and providing services.
  • Handling quote inquiries directed to us by phone or email.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations (including issuing invoices and maintaining accounting records).
  • Pursuing potential claims.

Types of Data Processed

We process data necessary to conduct commercial activities, such as: name and surname, company name, business address, NIP/REGON number, contact details (phone, email), and position held. We obtain this data directly from you or from publicly available registries (CEIDG, KRS).

Data Retention Period

We store your personal data for the period necessary to perform the contract and for the time required by law (in particular for 5 years counting from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation related to the invoice arose).

Data Recipients

Data may be transferred exclusively to entities supporting us in our business operations, including:

  • Courier and transport companies (for the purpose of fulfilling deliveries).
  • IT and service providers.
  • Accounting office.
  • State authorities, if required by law.
